Head of Service Management (m/w/d)

The Head of Service Management at PHENOGY AG will be responsible for building and developing a global service organization for battery energy storage systems. This role involves creating a scalable service model, managing partnerships, ensuring compliance and safety, and transitioning from reactive to predictive service management. The position requires entrepreneurial thinking and a strong technical background in energy systems, as well as the ability to lead service operations and develop lifecycle contracts.
