What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience delivering data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization solutions in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of external consulting experience, including ownership of client-facing analytics projects or workstreams from kickoff through completion
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and delivering analytics solutions with Sigma, including workbook development, data exploration, visualization, and self-service analytics experiences
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses, data marts, semantic models, and analytical data structures; Snowflake experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, metric definition, visualization design, performance optimization, and analytics architecture
  • Experience establishing or operating Sigma governance practices, including access management, security, workspace organization, deployment practices, and platform administration

  • Experience scaling Sigma across an enterprise, including governance, adoption, operating models, performance, and platform optimization
  • Experience leading teams of consultants and contributing to utilization planning, staffing plans, workstream-level budget management, and project delivery
  • Experience with data preparation and transformation using Alteryx, KNIME, Matillion, Dataiku, Coalesce, or similar tools
  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Power Platform, or other modern data and analytics platforms
  • Experience developing reusable analytics accelerators, frameworks, templates, enablement materials, or internal points of view
