What the job really is

As an Associate Scientist in the Technical Operations group at Personalis, you will focus on improving Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) products and facilitating the transfer and validation of new processes into operations. Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to implement new products, troubleshoot lab operations, and enhance lab information systems. You will also participate in planning and executing testing and validation of NGS assays and workflows.
