What the job really is

The Instructional Assistant (Cybersecurity) at Per Scholas will support the Lead Instructor in delivering technical training sessions to learners preparing for CompTIA Certification Exams and entry-level SOC Analyst positions. Responsibilities include assisting learners during classes, troubleshooting lab equipment, grading assignments, and participating in administrative tasks. The role also involves providing tutoring and support to ensure learners' success in their training.
