The Senior Manager, Product Development - Critical Infrastructure & Advanced Manufacturing at Per Scholas will lead the creation and enhancement of curriculum and instructional resources for training pathways in critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing. This hands-on role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop engaging learning materials, ensuring quality and accuracy, and implementing innovative training solutions. The position requires translating complex technical content into practical learning experiences for adult learners, while also managing multiple projects and continuously improving the curriculum development process.
