What the job really is

The IT Support Technical Instructor at Per Scholas will deliver structured technical training to adult students, preparing them for entry to mid-level careers in IT Support. Responsibilities include daily instruction, assessing student progress, providing tutoring, and maintaining training materials. The instructor will also collaborate with the training team to support student needs and update records in Salesforce and/or the LMS.
