Instructional Assistant (IT Support)

As an Instructional Assistant (IT Support) at Per Scholas, you will assist in training learners for entry to mid-level IT jobs by facilitating classroom activities and providing hands-on support. Your role includes leading study groups, managing learner performance, and utilizing a Learning Management System for tracking progress. You will work closely with instructors and learners to ensure a productive learning environment and help implement individualized study plans for those who need additional support.
