Manager, Recruitment & Admissions

The Manager, Recruitment & Admissions at Per Scholas will be responsible for recruiting candidates for training programs in the Greater Milwaukee area. This role involves managing the admissions process, tracking applicant data in Salesforce, and engaging with community partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, the manager will represent the organization at networking events and ensure effective communication with applicants throughout the admissions lifecycle.
