Associate, Recruitment & Admissions

In the Associate, Recruitment & Admissions role at Per Scholas, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of applicants through outreach, recruitment, and community engagement. Your daily tasks will include managing the admissions process, conducting presentations, processing applications, and utilizing Salesforce for data management and reporting. You will also implement retention activities and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the student experience.
