The Manager, Financial Coach at Per Scholas will provide one-on-one financial coaching and group education to support learners and alumni in achieving financial stability and long-term wealth. Responsibilities include developing personalized financial plans, facilitating workshops, managing community partnerships, and documenting progress in Salesforce. This hybrid role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance financial wellness programming and support learners in their transition to employment.
