What the job really is

The Retail Coordinator is responsible for executing merchandising plans and ensuring the effective flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor. Daily tasks include collaborating with visual managers, developing merchandising strategies, maintaining communication with management and retail partners, and conducting training seminars on brand marketing and selling skills. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze business reports and manage multiple brands.
