What the job really is

The Retail Coordinator is responsible for executing merchandising plans and ensuring the effective flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor. This role involves collaborating with visual managers, maintaining merchandising standards, and communicating with retailers about stock issues and sales strategies. The coordinator will also conduct training sessions and analyze business reports to enhance store performance.
