What the job really is

As a Traveling HVAC Installation Technician at Pearce, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC units on cell phone towers. This role requires significant travel, with up to 90% of your time spent on the road for up to three weeks at a time, and involves tasks such as completing daily reports, driving to remote sites, and conducting performance checks on equipment.
