What the job really is

As an EV Charging Field Service Technician at Pearce, you will be responsible for the onsite repair and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting electrical systems, performing OEM testing, and ensuring site safety while working independently in various environmental conditions. You will also document issues and collaborate with the Planning and Scheduling team to maintain service schedules.
