What the job really is

As a Generator Technician at Pearce, you will service and repair commercial generators primarily at cell phone towers. Your daily tasks will include maintaining and diagnosing issues with generators, installing components, conducting performance checks, and responding to alarms. This role requires travel and the ability to be on call 24/7, ensuring generators are operational and safe.
