What the job really is

As a Gear Expert at Peak Design's pop-up shop, you will welcome customers, help them explore products, and provide personalized advice based on their needs. Your role will involve educating visitors about photography and travel tips while maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. You will also handle customer inquiries, product returns, and provide feedback to improve the store experience.
