What the job really is

The Small Business Development Officer will work remotely while regularly traveling to branches in Oregon. This role focuses on developing new small business relationships, providing products and services, and participating in community initiatives to support business growth and visibility. Responsibilities include managing business member relationships, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with branch staff and other departments.
