The Financial Solutions Guide 1 (Teller) at Peak Credit Union is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences by managing transactions, promoting credit union products, and building lasting relationships with members. Daily tasks include greeting members, processing financial transactions, resolving inquiries, and making outbound calls to support relationship building. The role emphasizes professionalism, continuous learning, and collaboration within the team to achieve sales and operational goals.

• 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave accrued monthly
