The Financial Solutions Guide 2 at Peak Credit Union is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions. Daily tasks include engaging with members, conducting financial transactions, offering tailored products, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves building long-term relationships with members and collaborating with branch leadership to enhance sales culture and performance.

• Medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.
• Health Care FSA (HCFSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions, and Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA).
• Life and AD&D insurance.
• 401k plan enrollment for employees after 60 days of employment.
• 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave accrued monthly.
• 11 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

• Position requires engagement with members in a consultative selling environment.
• Bilingual differential pay is available but requires verification of language skills.
• Role involves meeting sales and production goals which may add pressure.
• Work schedule includes rotating Saturdays.
