This role involves leading the engineering organization within the Systems Division of PayPay Card, focusing on strategic goal-setting and execution aligned with business objectives. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee multiple teams, drive system improvements, and foster a culture of continuous growth and innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies. Responsibilities include managing engineering performance, enhancing system quality, and supporting the development of engineering talent.
