What the job really is

The Director of Program Management at PayIt will lead the delivery of services for the PayIt Outdoors portfolio, acting as a liaison between executive leadership and client executives. This role involves managing multiple client engagements, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining a structured delivery process. The director will also be responsible for mentoring a team of program managers and improving delivery governance and reporting frameworks.
