Group Control Assurance Lead

The Group Control Assurance Lead at Payhawk will be responsible for independent control testing across two licensed entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role involves designing and managing a comprehensive control assurance program, testing various controls related to financial crime, operational resilience, and regulatory reporting, while also leading remediation efforts and reporting findings to the Boards. The position requires a strong understanding of data and AI tools to automate testing processes and validate control effectiveness.
