What the job really is

As an Implementation Manager at Payhawk, you will lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they effectively configure their accounts and receive tailored training. Your role will involve driving customer adoption by analyzing product data, assisting with scaling usage, and acting as a trusted advisor to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather feedback to propose improvements in the onboarding experience.
