What the job really is

As an Implementation Manager at Payhawk, you will lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they effectively utilize the Payhawk platform. Your role involves developing customized project plans, driving customer adoption, and acting as a trusted advisor to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and propose improvements to the onboarding experience.
