What the job really is

As a Senior Project Manager at PawaPay, you will oversee the delivery system for cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership, visibility, and risk management. Your role involves maintaining a centralized project view in ClickUp, supporting prioritization discussions, and actively coordinating high-priority projects while fostering collaboration across departments. You will not manage project outcomes directly but will ensure that risks are surfaced early and that the intake process is robust and effective.
