Manager, Quality Control — BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations

The Manager, Quality Control oversees the daily operations of the independent Quality Control function within BSA/AML & Sanctions Operations. This role involves managing a team, applying sampling methodologies, and ensuring the QC program maintains its independence from production. Responsibilities also include reporting findings to governance forums and collaborating with various teams to uphold compliance standards.

• Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000
