What the job really is

As a Technical Training Manager at Path Robotics, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums for internal technicians and customer operators of autonomous welding robots. This role involves collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to create engaging training materials, traveling to customer sites for hands-on training, and continuously optimizing training programs based on feedback and data analysis.
