Senior Director, Technical Services

The Senior Director, Technical Services at Parsec will unify and scale the technical backbone of the Professional Services organization, overseeing the Advisory, Delivery, and Support workstreams. This role involves professionalizing operations, ensuring consistent technical excellence, and managing a team of approximately 30-40 FTEs. Success will be measured by predictable delivery, improved resource utilization, and effective collaboration with internal teams and partners.

• $200,000–$255,000 base, plus bonus eligibility
