What the job really is

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Parloa, you will oversee the delivery of enterprise Agentic AI deployments, managing complex customer implementations from kickoff to go-live. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and help improve operational processes within the delivery organization.

Benefits
  • Compensation structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE), consisting of a base salary and performance-based variable component, in addition to an equity package
  • Salary range of $170,000 — $210,000 USD
