Head of Operations

The Head of Operations at Paloma will lead and scale the operations function, managing a team of over 100 people, including care delivery and governance teams. The role involves ensuring high-quality, efficient, and financially sustainable service delivery as the organization grows. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, capacity planning, and operational performance optimization, while also acting as a key partner to product teams to enhance operational workflows.

• Salary of £95,000 per year, with some flexibility based on experience
