What the job really is

As a Business/GTM Recruiter at Pallet, you will be responsible for building the entire recruiting function from scratch, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles. You will work closely with leadership, including the Head of Talent and the CEO, to align hiring strategies with business goals and develop a strong talent brand. This role offers significant ownership and impact in a high-growth AI startup preparing for its next stage of growth.
