What the job really is

As the Director of Pricing & Monetization at PagerDuty, you will own the strategy and execution of packaging, pricing, and monetization for the Operations Cloud platform. This role requires deep customer empathy and structured experimentation, acting as a bridge between Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing. You will lead the monetization platform roadmap, operationalize pricing for the field, and track pricing initiative performance while managing a small team focused on pricing and monetization.
