  • 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management within the SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud infrastructure space
  • Proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-level executives at Fortune 500 or equivalent global enterprises
  • Proven ability to support and influence sales cycles with a solid grasp of sales processes and customer buying journeys

What the job really is

The Principal Solutions Consultant at PagerDuty will serve as a strategic leader and technical advisor, engaging with C-suite executives to guide them in digital transformation and operationalizing the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. This role involves mentoring sales teams, representing the company at industry events, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with the product roadmap. The consultant will also foster a community of DevOps and SRE leaders, sharing best practices and insights.
