Litigation Fellowship, Separation of Powers (Fall 2027)

The Litigation Fellowship at Pacific Legal Foundation is a year-long position for recent law school graduates focusing on the Separation of Powers practice area. Fellows will assist in ongoing cases, engage in legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in all stages of litigation while gaining hands-on training and exposure to public interest law. This role emphasizes a passion for individual liberty and the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
