Litigation Fellowship, Property Rights (Fall 2027)

The Litigation Fellowship at Pacific Legal Foundation is a year-long position for recent law school graduates focused on the Property Rights practice area. Fellows will assist attorneys in developing cases, participate in all stages of litigation, and engage in legal research and writing while immersing themselves in public-interest law and the principles of individual liberty. The role emphasizes collaboration with a team of lawyers to combat government overreach and protect property rights.
