Litigation Fellowship, Equality & Opportunity (Fall 2027)

The Litigation Fellowship at Pacific Legal Foundation is a year-long position for recent law school graduates focused on public interest law within the Equality & Opportunity practice area. Fellows will assist attorneys with ongoing cases, engage in legal research and writing, and participate in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation to appellate work. This role emphasizes a passion for individual liberty and aims to develop skills in legal advocacy and strategic litigation.
