  • BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
What the job really is

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Pacific Fusion, you will be deeply involved in the manufacturing processes of pulser modules, working directly on the shop floor. Your responsibilities include managing production workflows, developing work instructions, and collaborating with design engineering to ensure quality and efficiency in assembly operations. You will also track production metrics and support the transition from low-rate to higher volume production.
