What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 3+ years of experience within logistics, supply chain, inventory management or a similar operational environment
  • Hands-on experience owning or supporting inventory reconciliation and month-end close processes in a logistics or inventory environment
  • Experience reconciling inventory across multiple warehouses, fulfilment centres or 3PL partners
  • Strong understanding of inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, transfers, returns, adjustments, damages and stock corrections
  • Comfortable analysing large operational datasets and investigating complex discrepancies through to root cause
  • Strong attention to detail while also being able to identify broader process and systemic issues
Nice to have
  • Experience working within a multi-3PL or international distribution network
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems; NetSuite experience would be an advantage
  • Experience supporting inventory audits or working within environments with strong financial and inventory controls
  • Experience managing international inbound logistics flows
  • Experience developing operational KPIs or performance dashboards
