What the job really is

The Middleware Solutions Engineer I role involves managing technical relationships with POS providers and restaurant partners, supporting integrations, and handling escalated operational requests. The engineer will work closely with various internal teams to ensure technical excellence and improve processes while diagnosing and resolving production issues. This position is highly autonomous and focuses on enhancing customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
