Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at OTR Solutions, you will play a vital role in the Invoice-to-Cash process, managing cash flow for over 10,000 transportation clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with customers about payment statuses, monitoring accounts for overdue payments, tracking client invoices, and providing customer support. You will also be responsible for reconciling receipts, advising clients on debt repayment strategies, and identifying potential fraud delays in payments.
