Licensed Clinical Social Worker- NY licensure

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide GI-focused behavioral health services to adult patients, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and maintaining health records in a remote-first environment. Ongoing training and support will be provided to enhance knowledge of digestive health conditions.
