What the job really is

The Contractor - Solar PV & BESS O&M Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing utility-scale solar PV and energy storage systems. Daily tasks include performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs, as well as monitoring plant operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Technicians will also maintain records of maintenance activities and may lead advanced troubleshooting efforts.
