Zenoti Administrator

The Zenoti Administrator at OrangeTwist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Zenoti platform, which serves as the point-of-sale and electronic medical records system across multiple locations. Daily tasks include configuring system settings, managing security roles, supporting clinical workflows, standardizing service menus, and providing technical support and training to staff. The role also involves reporting and analytics, onboarding new locations, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
