What the job really is

As a Technical Recruiter at Optiver, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, focusing on sourcing and hiring experienced technical talent. You will collaborate with engineering leaders, utilize AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency, and engage in non-technology hiring as needed. Your role will also involve coaching stakeholders on best practices and using data to inform recruitment strategies.
