What the job really is

As a Graduate Quantitative Researcher at Optiver, you will engage in the full research process, utilizing mathematics and coding to tackle complex questions in financial markets. Your role involves building and testing models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with researchers and traders to refine hypotheses and improve quantitative models. You will also participate in a structured onboarding program that introduces you to the tools and technologies used in research and development.
