As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients in their homes or care facilities, assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. This role involves developing trusting relationships with patients and families, working closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure each patient's unique needs are met. The position requires daily travel within the service area, and you will be expected to work Monday through Friday with weekend on-call rotation.
