Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will provide primary and consultative care primarily to geriatric and medically complex patients in their homes or care settings. Your responsibilities will include conducting medical evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient comfort and quality of life. The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and offers a flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays.
