Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will provide primary and consultative care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings. Your role includes conducting medical evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
