What the job really is

As a Hospice Aide/CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, while also developing trusting relationships with patients and their families. The role requires daily travel within the Lansing area and involves working closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
