Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse - 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off

The Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse provides skilled and compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes during overnight hours. This role involves responding to urgent needs, managing symptoms, and offering emotional support to patients and families, all while maintaining a predictable schedule of 7 nights on followed by 7 nights off. The nurse will work autonomously, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional end-of-life care.
